Periodic inspection
We check the condition. You keep every lift consistent.
Our technicians check conveyors, augers, the screed and its heating system before the paving season.
About Vu Gia
Whether a road lasts is largely decided the moment the mat goes down. After more than 25 years with pavers, rollers and cold milling machines, the Vu Gia team knows that an even, well-compacted layer always starts with a machine in good shape.
In Vietnamese, “Vững” means solid, and it sounds close to Vu, our name. It is also the promise we keep with every customer: the right machine from day one, parts when you need them, repairs without delay. A machine that runs solid lays a solid mat and keeps the project on schedule.

A hot-to-cold longitudinal joint can look perfectly smooth and still be short on density. A few lessons on edge preparation, extra mix for compaction, overlap and where to put the first roller pass.

Asphalt density depends on how long the mix stays hot enough to work, and on roller speed and vibration settings. Once the mat has cooled, extra passes do very little.

When the mat goes thick and thin, the screed is usually the first thing people adjust, even though the cause is often somewhere else. A few lessons from the job site on adjusting, paver speed and the mix in front of the augers.
